Carefree Me offers personal consultations on a one-to-one basis. We will craft a programme designed specifically for you and based on food, movement, sleep and connection. The goal is to EMPOWER you to make the right choices.

 How does it work?

We meet on Zoom, starting with a 90 minute initial consultation. We then meet for 6 more weekly sessions.


The initial consultation is €150 and follow up sessions are €100.

Block bookings of 6 sessions is €500 (excluding the initial consultation).

This includes access to me between sessions for ongoing support and accountability.

I am very happy to facilitate payment plans when requested at the initial consultation.

Got a group of people  interested in one area of Lifestyle Medicine?


As a GP, would you like to support lifestyle medicine to particular cohorts of patients?

Are you seeing many patients presenting with symptoms of pre- diabetes?


At Carefree Me we can tailor programs to suit the needs of your patients based on food, movement sleep and connection.

We have been facilitating groups of patients for years on how to include healthy lifestyle behaviours into their daily lives.

The programs are delivered over a six week period. We meet with you to discuss your group of patients, baseline assessments etc. We facilitate groups of 10 people at a time with a shared intention.

The group supports change in lifestyle behaviours through accountability and sharing their journey. 

After the six weeks we meet to discuss the patient outcomes and next steps.

There has been much research published recently on supporting groups in the community to promote good health and relieve the burden on the healthcare system.
