The Mindful Living Course is an 8-week course consisting of eight classes, two hours long via Zoom.
A workbook will accompany the course for reference.
The course is limited to the number of spaces for participants in order to facilitate the opportunity for everyone to be heard and for discussion.
The next session will kick off on the 2nd May 2023 from 7-9 via Zoom.
