Hi! I’m Fiona, a qualified nurse with an MBA, a nutritionist, mindfulness & yoga teacher. I work with clients to help them lead healthier lives by learning simple, effective tools & having the support of a group.


Having worked as a Risk Consultant for over 12 years, I bring my experience when working with organisations to build and sustain a culture of safety in the workplace, bringing teams on board so there’s a community approach to supporting change.
